Membership Refunds

• Refunds for memberships are only available after 6 months from the purchase date.

• Requests for refunds within the first 6 months will not be accepted.

Other Services

• Non-membership services (single bookings) are non-refundable once the service is rendered.

Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
